F. Zaria Chinelo, B.S., B.S., CPhT, Founder & CEO

F. Zaria Chinelo is an artist, scientist, and entrepreneur. She possesses 6+ years experience in teaching education, and web development. Zaria holds dual degrees in Molecular Biology and General Chemistry. After being hired by Vanderbilt University, she led urban students to academic success before starting Felicity Motivational Group. Dione Brown, Chief Operations Officer

Dione Brown is Chief Operations Officer for Tutor for Good. Brown oversees the human resources and student admissions duties for the organization’s tutoring procedures. She handles onboarding processes for new hires and troubleshooting. Previously, Brown served as supervisor of the billing department for AlixaRx, a long-term care pharmacy once based in Atlanta, Ga. Prior to this post, Brown worked for five years as billing specialist and operations manager at Great Oak Pharmacy in Gladstone, Mo., a long-term care pharmacy with a compounding lab. She also served for five and a half years as a licensed underwriter and trainer for new hires at Farmers Insurance Company, working on the catastrophe team during Hurricane Katrina, and eventually sitting on its board of directors. She holds degrees in Human Resources, Health Science, and certifications in Business.

Mercy McGee, M.D., Chief Medical Officer

Mercy Adaobi is a physician and philanthropist. She possesses 12+ years experience in teaching, education, and healthcare. After obtaining her M. D. from Vanderbilt University, she completed her residency in anesthesia at Duke University, Durham, N.C. and her fellowship at Cornell University, N.Y. She currently holds dual board certifications in both anesthesia and pain medicine. As a former track and field athlete, she is familiar with the importance of both academic and physical well being for students. She uses her knowledge of health and education to lead Tutor for Good in its mission of building a better future for America’s youth.

Felicity Udoji, Pharm.D., M.S., Senior Adviser

Felicity Udoji pharmacist, scientist, and former educator with the Metropolitan Nashville School System. After teaching chemistry at magnet schools, she obtained her Pharm.D. from Samford University in 1998. Prior to Felicity Motivational Group/Tutor for Good, she held various pharmaceutical management positions with Kroger, Wal-Mart, and CVS. She resides in Brentwood, Tennessee with her 5 children.
